Jason Drummond, BBA
Jason Drummond is the President of the Drummond Group of Companies, a private investment company with interests in a variety of industries, including farming, the food and beverage industry, real estate, small business loans, oil and gas exploration, production and processing. Mr. Drummond holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina. He has a background in corporate finance, having worked in the venture capital industry upon finishing his degree at the University of Regina.

F. William Johnson, BA., LL.B
Bill Johnson is a Senior Partner in the Gerrand Rath Johnson law firm in Regina, where he and Mr. Lothian were formerly partners. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1997, and has expertise as a civil trial and appellate lawyer in commercial matters, and also has particular expertise in the law of defamation and media-related issues. Mr. Johnson obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and Bachelor of Laws in 1973 from the University of Saskatchewan and obtained a Master of Laws degree in 1975 from Oxford University, England, studying there on a Rhodes Scholarship. He has served on the Boards of several community institutions.

Conrad Kathol
Mr. Kathol is a professional engineer and geologist with over 30 years of exploration and management experience in the oil and gas industry. His primary area of expertise is in S.E. Saskatchewan, however he has considerable exposure to oil and gas operations throughout North America and internationally. He has a strong background in all aspects of the industry including modern exploration technology, reservoir engineering and economic evaluation. Conrad obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Alberta in 1971 and has been working in the resource industry since that time. He is the President of Silver Thorn Exploration Ltd., a private geological consulting company that he formed in 1974. Mr. Kathol has been involved in the formation and successful development of numerous energy related public companies. He was involved in the formation and was the V.P. Exploration for LASMO Canada (Elan Energy) and Strike Energy from 1985 to 1996. In 1996 he founded Invader Exploration Inc. and was the President until its sale to Innova Energy in 2004. Mr. Kathol was involved in the formation of Keystone Energy Corp. in 2004 and acted as V.P. Exploration until the sale of the company in late 2006; was V.P. Exploration for Villanova Energy Corp. until its acquisition by Crescent Point Energy Trust in January, 2009; and was Sr. Geologist for Villanova Resources Inc. prior to its acquisition by Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. Mr. Kathol was a Director of Niko Resources Ltd. from 1996 to September, 2014. Niko is a highly successful TSX listed company, with oil and gas exploration operations focused in India and other areas in south-east Asia.

E. Craig Lothian, BA., LL.B, Executive Chair
Mr. Lothian has in excess of twenty years experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Craig was President and CEO of Keystone Energy Corp. in 2004 until the sale of the company in late 2006 to Bulldog Energy Corp. and Tristar Oil and Gas Inc.; for Villanova Energy Corp. until its acquisition by Crescent Point Energy Trust in January, 2009; and was Executive Chair for Villanova Resources Inc. and Villanova Oil Corp. prior to their being acquired by Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. in May 2010 and April 2013, respectively. In addition to being the Executive Chair of Villanova 4 Oil Corp., he is also the President & CEO of Keystone Royalty Corp., Lex Capital Management Inc. and Lex Capital Corp. Mr. Lothian is also a director of Greystone Managed Investments Inc. and the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.
