Mr. Lothian has in excess of twenty years experience in the oil and natural gas industry. In addition to being the President and CEO of Keystone, he is also the President & CEO of Lex Capital Management Inc. and Lex Capital Corp., and the Executive Chair of V4 Oil Corp.
Previously Mr. Lothian was also President and CEO of Villanova Energy Corp. until it was acquired by Crescent Point Energy Trust in January, 2009 ($130.1 Million).
Mr. Lothian was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flatland Exploration Ltd. until it was acquired by Bulldog Energy Inc. in 2002 ($4.75 Million); Chief Executive Officer of Keystone Energy Inc. prior to it being acquired by StarPoint Energy Ltd. in 2004 ($22.9 Million); CEO of Keystone Energy Corp. prior to it being acquired by Bulldog Resources Inc. and TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd. in January 2007 ($34.0 Million). Craig was also the Chairman of Bulldog Energy Inc. prior to its acquisition by Crescent Point Energy Trust in 2005 ($118 Million) and was also the Chairman of the Board of Bulldog Resources Inc., before it was acquired by TriStar Oil & Gas Ltd. ($200 Million) in January 2008.
Mr. Lothian obtained his Bachelor of Arts (1986) and LL.B. (1988) from the University of Saskatchewan and rose to partnership of a Regina law firm prior to entering the energy business. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and also sits on the Board of Greystone Managed Investments Inc. and the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan. In addition, he is a Past President of The Assiniboia Club, The Hospitals of Regina Foundation and was one of the founding directors of Enterprise Saskatchewan.
John joined the Keystone Group in June, 2009. His responsibilities include working capital management, financial reporting, budgeting and asset acquisition due diligence and valuation.
John received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and holds the Chartered Business Valuator designation.
Andrew Spagrud, Mgr., Engineering & Development
Andrew joined Keystone in 2012. He is responsible for land management and development, asset diversification, evaluating potential acquisitions and managing drilling, completion and field operations.
Prior to joining the Keystone Group, Andrew spent two work terms with a major oil and gas company based out of Calgary. He completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008. While at university, Andrew played basketball for the Huskies. After he obtained his degree, Andrew pursued a professional basketball career in Europe for two years.
Réjean Chabot, Geologist
Réjean joined Keystone in January, 2018. His responsibilities include working on all aspects of the Company's geological requirements, on both oil prospects and helium exploration.
Réjean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan (2011).
Prior to joining Keystone, Réjean was a consultant, providing well-site geological services to a number of companies active in SE Sask.
Kimberly Burke, Land Administrator
Kim joined Keystone Royalty Corp. in 2013, and has a diverse knowledge in Minerals, Surface and Contract administration. Kim is also an active member of CAPLA (Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration).
Prior to joining Keystone Royalty Corp., Kim worked as Land Administrator for a land agency and more recently at another Regina-based exploration company. She has completed her Petroleum Land Administration Certificate through SAIT and is currently working towards her Human Resources and Labour Relations Degree through Athabasca University.
Lisa MacGillivray, Land Administrator
Lisa joined Keystone Royalty Corp. in 2017, and has a diverse knowledge in Minerals, Surface, and Operations Administration. She completed her Petroleum Land Administration Certificate through Olds College in 2007.
Prior to joining Keystone Royalty Corp., Lisa worked as a Land Administrator for a land agency and more recently at another Regina-based exploration company.
Jesse Ross, Accounting/Finance
Jesse Ross joined the Keystone Group in 2016, after obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. While completing his university degree, Jesse played 4 years with the Huskie Men’s Hockey team.
Jesse is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, royalty reviews, tracking and auditing, as well as investment analysis and recommendation.
Gabrielle Schubach, Accountant
Gabrielle joined the Keystone Group in 2011, having obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting, from the University of Regina. While attending the University of Regina, she played for 5 years with the Cougar Women’s Basketball team.
In September 2013, Gabrielle successfully obtained her CMA designation. Gabrielle is responsible for all daily accounting functions as well as royalty review and tracking.
Additional administrative, technical and management functions
are provided by Villanova 4 Oil Corp. on a fee for services contractual
