James P. Baker
Mr. Baker is President of JP Baker Management Inc.
He has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry,
as a senior officer of three different oil and natural gas companies
and more recently as a director of several public companies.
During that time he also ran a private consulting business specializing
in oil and gas related issues particularly in the business development
area. Jim Baker has served on numerous industry boards and also
sits on the Board of SaskEnergy. In addition, he has been active
in CAPP (Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers) and SEPAC
(Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada) and was
past Chairman of the IPAC (CAPP predecessor) Saskatchewan Committee.
Greg Henders, P. Eng.
Mr. Henders was most recently President and CEO of Triwest Exploration
Inc. a private oil and gas company based in Calgary, AB with
assets in SE Saskatchewan. He is a professional engineer with
over 30 years of oil and natural gas experience. From 2004 to 2007
he was President and CEO of Triwest Energy Inc. Mr. Henders
also held numerous executive, engineering and operational positions
with Upton Resources Inc., Imperial Oil, Energy Explorer Inc.,
and consulted for the National Bank. He is an active member
of APEGGA, and APEGS.

Bruce W. Wilson, BSc.
Bruce Wilson earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University
of Saskatchewan in 1971, and is a member of the Association
of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.
Mr. Wilson retired in April 2007 after a 36-year career with
the Government of Saskatchewan. Mr. Wilson was the Deputy Minister
of Saskatchewan Industry and Resources at the time of his retirement.
Prior to becoming Deputy Minister in 2005, Mr. Wilson had been
the Assistant Deputy Minister/Executive Director of the Petroleum
and Natural Gas Division (Industry and Resources and Energy
and Mines) since 1984. He had held engineering positions of
increasing responsibility from 1971 to 1984 with the Petroleum
and Natural Gas Division of the Department of Mineral Resources/Energy
